Maximum Room Capacity:

The maximum room capacity is two adults and two children (aged 9 years or younger) or three adults. See the ‘Extra Guest Policy’ and ‘Child Policy’ underneath for more information.

Extra Guest Policy:

One additional person (aged 10 years or older) may stay for a surcharge of THB1,200 (approx. AU$54) per night sleeping on an extra bed with accommodation and breakfast only, payable directly to the resort.

Child Policy:

Up to two children (aged 9 years or younger) can stay free of charge sharing existing bedding (one double bed or two single beds + a daybed) with accommodation, breakfast and two buffet dinners only.

Baby Policy:

One baby (aged 2 years or younger) may stay free of charge and will not count towards the maximum room capacity. A cot can be provided free of charge (subject to availability). Please advise the resort in advance (by adding a note in the ‘Special Requests’ field) if you are traveling with a baby.

All surcharges are payable directly to the resort.

Cancellations & No show:

Required 7 days notice prior to arrival otherwise total of deposit will be charged.
No show total of reservation will be charged
