Your journey to our property is almost complete — especially when your transportation is already arranged to meet you upon arrival at Phuket International Airport. Should you wish to book the airport transfer with us, please see the details below.

To request the airport transfer, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your arrival
via email at: h1965-re1@accor.com
and kindly provide your flight number and expected arrival time.

To confirm your airport transfer, please provide your full flight details at least 2 days before your arrival.
Please note that the transfer service will not be arranged until written confirmation and advance payment are received.
If you would like to proceed with the transfer, kindly confirm by return email.

Please note that once the transfer reservation is confirmed, in case of any flight change or delay, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a penalty fee will be applied. In the event of late cancellation or no-show, a full charge will be applied.
